Course Mapping Guide
CREATE A ROADMAP FOR YOUR COURSE.
The Online Course Mapping Guide is an ongoing project developed by Instructional Designers within the Digital Learning Hub in the Teaching + Learning Commons at UC San Diego. This guide aims to provide faculty and instructors with a resource for online course development, beginning with a curriculum analysis and resulting in a course map that displays the alignment of all components of a course.
Digital Learning is a unit within UC San Diego's Teaching + Learning Commons. Digital Learning advances teaching and learning excellence and increases access to education on the UC San Diego Campus and beyond using digital technologies.
The Digital Learning team collaborates with departments, faculty, and instructors to re/design courses for online and hybrid learning, develop engaging instructional materials, and utilize appropriate technical tools to enhance digital learning and teaching.
